Golden State Foods (GSF), one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry, wanted to budget and forecast down to the SKU level but needed a solution that was scalable, easy to maintain, and quickly adopted by their teams. Lauren Bissell, Continuous Improvement Manager - FP&amp;A, will explain how GSF overcame the fear of complexity by taking a focused and systematic approach. She’ll also show how the company used training and consultation from KeenVision and the Planful Platform to create detailed models for multiple business groups.

Lauren Bissell is FP&A Continuous Improvement Manager at Golden State Foods (GSF), one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry. She began her career as an audit manager at KPMG, eventually moving to GSF to implement Planful for enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting and expanding its usage to include budgeting and forecasting.
